Design Partner Programme
We are not selling Senzo this year. We are building it with three health systems.
Senzo is workforce intelligence built for health workforce planning in publicly funded and non-profit health systems. Pulse, the monitoring layer, runs on the data a system already produces. Forecast, the planning layer, is in build. Rather than sell a demo, we are opening three design-partner places in Canada and the United States, from now to mid-2027.
What a partner puts in
- Vacancy, overtime, absence and staff-flow data by unit and provider type, as CSV extracts, at whatever period you already report.
- About two hours a month from the people who own the problem: a workforce planning or HHR analytics lead, and a sponsor.
- Candour. We want to know what is wrong, what is missing, and what you would never use.
What a partner gets
- Senzo Pulse running on your own data: the four streams joined at unit and provider-type level, refreshed as your extracts arrive, with the pattern surfaced in plain language.
- Monthly working sessions with the founder, who spent years assembling these numbers by hand inside health authorities.
- First access to Forecast as it ships: supply and demand projections over one to five years (the horizon is configurable), scenarios, and gap analysis on the same data.
- Nothing invoiced for the partnership term. A data-sharing agreement and privacy review before any upload. Partners are never named unless they choose to be.
Who it is for
- A health authority, regional or state system, county or public hospital system, or non-profit system in a unionized or ratio-law state, of roughly 3,000 to 40,000 staff.
- A named workforce planning or HHR analytics function, with data currently assembled in Excel or Power BI.
- A live question. A ratio law or staffing-plan mandate. An auditor's report on agency spend. A restructuring. A ministry, board or legislature asking for a multi-year plan.
- No incumbent workforce analytics platform. If you already run one, we are not the right partner yet.
Where the product is
What works today, and what does not yet
Working: CSV upload with column mapping, unit and provider-type structure, vacancy, overtime, absence and flow metrics, the Metrics Explorer, and the daily briefing that reads the four streams together.
Being validated this fall: import behaviour across the range of extract formats health systems actually produce. Partners onboard as their extract format is validated, which is why places open one at a time.
In build: Forecast. Supply and demand projections, scenarios, attrition and retirement, gap analysis. Partners see it first and shape it.
Not offered: outcome guarantees. Nobody has run Senzo long enough to have one, and we will not publish a number we cannot show you the source of.
Apply for a place
Five questions. You will hear back from the founder within two business days.
Three places
Because three is the number we can serve properly while building. When they are filled, the form closes and a waitlist opens.
Privacy before data
A data-sharing agreement and a privacy review are completed with your privacy office before any extract is uploaded. Workforce data is personal information; we treat it that way.
If the data is not there yet
Some systems do not yet hold the four streams at unit level. That is a planning-function question before it is a software question. Someplum Consulting, the services firm behind Senzo, does that work.
