Where is Senzo today?
In build. Pulse, the monitoring layer, works today and is being validated with design partners across the range of extract formats health systems actually produce. Forecast, the planning layer, is in build. There are no customers yet, and the site does not claim any.
Can I see it?
Yes. The Pulse and Forecast pages show the product as it exists on sample data. Design partners see it on their own data.
What data do I need to get started?
Vacancy, overtime, absence and staff inflow and outflow by unit and provider type, at whatever period you already report, as CSV extracts. If you hold only some of these, say so in the application; partial coverage is normal.
Do I need IT involvement?
Not to start. CSV upload needs no integration. A data-sharing agreement and a privacy review with your privacy office come before any upload; your IT and privacy teams will want to be part of that, and should be.
Is my data secure?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and every administrative action is logged. Senzo does not yet hold a SOC 2 report, and we say so. Ask for the current security summary and hosting region before you share anything.
How is pricing structured?
It is not, yet. Pricing follows the design partner programme, and will be based on organization size and the modules in use. Design partners are not invoiced for the partnership term.
